Add/Drop Form

Please use the form in order to add or drop a class. Class drops or adds will not be official until you fill out the form below. Drops must be received before the first of the month in order to become effective.  Drops received after the first will be considered active the following month. We will send a confirmation through email including new tuition if applicable.
